(Please feel to wear loose fitting clothes (be aware denim is often not loose!) for any of the events and bring along a favourite cushion or a yoga mat. Shoes are always removed and mobile phones are switched off for the entire duration of the workshop, including the breaks, and stored outside of the workshop room in a safe place. You are not permitted access to the phones.
